Counseling at BRMS

Welcome to the BRMS Counseling Website

The Barker Road Counseling staff is committed to helping all students become effective learners, achieve personal and social goals, and develop into responsible, contributing members of society.
The counselors respond to the needs of students and parents in proactive and preventative ways through individual and group counseling, classroom or small group instruction, parent-teacher conferences, and professional teacher, staff, and community support consultation.

Each counselor works with a specific grade level of students.  Students remain with the same school counselor throughout their three years at BRMS.

The Counseling Department also includes other professionals who work with our students, including our Psychologist, Behavior Specialist and a Pittsford Youth Services social worker.
