Groups

'Groups' are a series of meetings offered by the counseling staff to provide opportunities for students to gain skills in articulating common social and emotional concerns.
The meetings  are designed to promote self-awareness during a time when students are establishing their identity and preparing to move into adolescence.
The Counseling Department has found this to be an effective way to help students. All groups strive to bring positive changes in communications, handling stress and developing strategies for problem solving and are based on student need.
